New Years Day

It’s New Year’s Day, and let’s just say last night was a whole lot of nothing. No glitter, no champagne, not even a countdown. Kind of sad, sure, but here we are. Apparently, today is all about making resolutions—goals, intentions, blah blah blah—but honestly? Not happening. Not today, anyway. Maybe tomorrow. For now, I’m embracing my inner couch potato and settling in for the Rose Bowl Parade. It’s festive, it’s low effort, and it feels like the perfect way to tiptoe into the new year without breaking a sweat.
