You know those days when sadness just lingers? It’s not really tied to anything specific, not exactly. It’s more like a shadow that never leaves you, no matter how many cups of coffee you drink or how many episodes of your favorite show you marathon. Sadness isn’t always about losing something you knew you needed. Sometimes, it’s realizing what you didn’t even know you were missing until it’s already slipped away. Maybe it’s a person, a place, or even a time in your life when things felt easier, lighter, like you had more room to breathe. And then, out of nowhere, it hits you—like an old song playing on the radio—and suddenly, you're swept back into a moment you didn’t realize you were longing for. And now? All you want is to grab hold of that thing, even though it’s just beyond your reach.
