Tonight I'm having Jordan choreograph "Be Back Soon" for OLIVER!, and honestly, I couldn't be happier about it. One of the most important lessons I've learned over the years is that you don't have to do everything yourself. Jordan is incredibly talented, has great instincts, and I know whatever he creates will be better than anything I would have come up with on my own. Sometimes leadership isn't about holding on to every responsibility—it's about trusting the people around you and giving them the space to shine. I've got enough on my plate at the moment, and it's a relief to know this number is in such capable hands. I can't wait to see what he comes up with tonight. Sometimes the smartest thing you can do is step aside and let someone else's talent take center stage.
