Enjoyment satisfaction and purpose

Happiness is a real thing based on three elements: enjoyment, satisfaction, and purpose or meaning. Enjoyment is not (just) pleasure. It's pleasure plus people plus memory. If you're doing it alone, you're going to get in trouble because enjoyment leads to happiness, but pleasure does not.
