Yesterday was a DAY.

I spent hours calling the cast, sending emails, organizing everything, and yes… dealing with some parents. Listen, theater is competitive. Sometimes you don’t make the cast. Sometimes you get a smaller role than you hoped for. That’s life. Be disappointed for a minute if you need to, but then either move forward or be grateful for the opportunity you WERE given. PERIOD.

There were enough talented people to cast this show several times over, and every decision was difficult.

Somewhere in the middle of all of that, I FINALLY got my blog pages online after like a week. I talk text everything into my phone and then somehow still have to upload and format it all on the computer afterward. I swear there has to be an easier way to do this in 2026.

But after all the chaos, I got to go see Mamma Mia! at AG High and honestly… YAYYY. It was so fun and exactly the kind of joyful energy I needed after the emotional rollercoaster of the last week.
