Truth

They say “the truth will set you free”—and honestly, I’m still not sure that’s always true. Because telling the truth, especially when it’s messy or painful, can be terrifying. It can shake things up. Change relationships. Shift everything you thought was solid.
But I’ve decided: for the next few weeks, I’m going to speak whatever truth I need to—messy or not. No more swallowing it. No more silence.
Because once it’s out there, even if nothing magically gets better, there’s a strange peace that follows. You’re no longer carrying the weight of pretending.
Freedom doesn’t always mean comfort. Sometimes it just means clarity. And with clarity, you can finally start moving forward.
So here’s to the truth—the uncomfortable, liberating, soul-cleansing kind.May we all keep finding the courage to live in it. 💭✨
