Saw the new psychiatrist at Kaiser today… and after a 40-minute appointment, he basically said he agrees with what I’m currently on and told me not to schedule with him again—just stay with who I’m already with.
Cool cool cool. So glad I carved time out of my life for that thrilling plot twist. 🙃 Ugh.
