Last Night

Last night turned out to be such a blast at the Madonna Inn—way more than I expected. David Beals, my absolute theater god, showed up with Julie, which already made the night feel special. Debrah came, and Ron and Sandy made an appearance too, which meant so much. Sophie and Amber swung by, and then—cue the emotional drumroll—Sheri Hatch walked in! It honestly felt like a full Kelrik reunion, with so many of my people showing up to say happy birthday. A big chunk of the Oz ensemble came too (no leads though—boo!), and I was so overwhelmed I didn’t even know who to talk to first. My brain was bouncing all over the place, trying to take it all in. Plus, since the Madonna Inn is also my Wedding venue, it added another layer of emotional chaos. It was beautiful, intense, and just a lot—but in the best way.
