"The only difference between a flower and a weed is judgment" means that the distinction between what we consider beautiful or desirable (a flower) and what we consider undesirable or intrusive (a weed) is based on our subjective perception. Essentially, it highlights that labels and values we assign to things often depend on personal or societal viewpoints, rather than any inherent qualities. Something seen as a weed by one person might be appreciated as a flower by another, depending on the context and perspective.
