So I started this calorie thing a week ago. Got the app—counts calories, tracks steps, even tells me how long I’ve been fasting. Basically, it bosses me around all day.

Also… I finally tricked myself into drinking water (with Mio, because plain water tastes like sadness).

So far, so good. Let’s see if I survive week two.
