Yesterday I cleaned the tank and added some new plants—within minutes, my angelfish turned almost completely white. 😳

I looked it up, and it turns out angelfish stripes can fade when they’re stressed. Changes like rearranging the tank, shifts in water quality, or removing hiding spots can really throw them off.

Good news: today their stripes are darkening again, which means they’re starting to feel safe. Just a reminder— even fish feel stress, and it shows! 💧
