Accountability

I keep hearing the word accountability tossed around on all my reality shows lately. But in therapy (weekly) and trauma-based group, it’s more about going back—digging into the past and the why. Which, honestly, feels more like blaming something else than actually being accountable.

So… what’s up with that?
