I can’t believe it’s July already.

There’s a lot swirling around in my head right now, and this time of year always hits me hard. It was eight years ago this month that everything in my life started to unravel — and no matter how much time passes, that memory still finds a way to sneak in and stir things up.

I’ve come a long way, but the triggers are real. I’m doing my best to push through it all and keep moving forward.

One day, one breath, one step at a time.
