It is wild how much weight I’ve managed to gain in just five weeks. Like… hello, body, what are we doing here??

I guess walking miles around SeaWorld every day and only having one meal kinda kept things in check, and now that I’ve been doing absolutely nothing except being depressed and horizontal… yeah, the scale has noticed. Loudly.

And here’s the fun little cycle: No energy → sit around → feel worse → try on clothes → even worse → back to bed. It’s like a carousel of disappointment, and I would very much like to get off. 🎠🚫

I know it’s “just weight” and I know I’m supposed to love myself at any size blah blah blah… but some days it’s really hard when you don’t feel like you anymore.

Here’s hoping I eventually find that willpower again — or at least a version of it that doesn’t require giving up carbs. 🙃
