Raising Caines

Okay, can we talk about Raising Cane’s for a second? I know one just opened at CityWalk and I already know the line is going to stretch all the way down to the food court on the other end, with people waiting forever, and I truly don’t understand the hype. I had it once a few years ago when I was DoorDashing and remember thinking… that’s it? It was fine, good even, but life-changing? Did I miss something? Was I tired, emotionally unavailable, in the wrong headspace for chicken? I fully accept that this might be a me problem. Maybe I need to try it again. Maybe the sauce hits different when you’re not eating it in a car between deliveries. Maybe CityWalk Cane’s will unlock something spiritually. Anyway, I’ll probably cave and try it again. 🍗
